Joshua Valinsky, APRN, is a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and licensed to practice in the state of Connecticut. Ivy League educated, he attended graduate school at University of Pennsylvania and has been working in private practice since 2018. He also earned a bachelor of science in nursing degree from Fairfield University and worked as a medical-surgical nurse in the hospital setting.

He has dedicated the last several years serving patients in private practice in Connecticut, most recently opening Westport Mental Health. Specialties include psychopharmacology for anxiety, depression, and attention deficit disorders (ADD, ADHD). Joshua founded Westport Mental Health to provide the ultimate, affordable, patient experience in Westport, Connecticut. In-person and telehealth services are offered.
